Three Things You Must Do Before You Submit To Article Directories

To all writers and non-writers out there, now is the time to start digging up those creative writing skills. With modern communication technology comes the popularity of information-based marketing, which is one of the oldest and most effective techniques in getting targeted prospects to sites and converting them into buyers. This is

When it comes to your website link building strategy are you taking on Goliath?

Lets look at the search engine ranking you are looking to get to your site for example if you are looking to get to a number one listing under the keyword Internet Marketing' in Google. Is the target you are aiming at a Goliath? As in a lot of well established competition?

I know David won the mythical battle, but wouldn't it be better to have the best odds possible?

A website Link building Strategy with focused keywords, which is achievable, is going to bring a focused visitor ready to buy rather than untargeted "traffic for ego"

To do this properly you need to research the words you think that you most likely customer and research the competition in this area.

And also look at the facts about the top listed websites:
1. What page rank does it have?
2. How many links does the site have pointing to it?
3. How many pages does it have listed?
4. What type of site is it eg: Normal, Blog or Wikipedia?
5. Does it exchange links?

A search under the term "internet marketing" shows all the different types of sites mentioned above- the competitive terms are good for showing what works.

Some webmasters say that you should vary the "Anchor text" this is the text that displays in a text link on another site, linking to your site. Some webmaster software programs automatically insert the same text in every page they display.

Lets look at a real time example:
1. Search for "Reciprocal Link Software" without quote marks, in Google
2. You should find the program Autolinks Pro
3. Go to the demo version
4. You will see that the software generates pages, with the text "Reciprocal Link Software" in every page.

Now that's the same text, on every page, of every site, of every user online. Now there will be others that will link with something different, for example the domain name, but the majority of the links say what the site is about. That's logical enough for both Humans and Google!

Seeing a number 1 ranked website out of 1 million results, on a focused keyword site is enough proof for me what works!

From here you need to develop a conclusion. Focused 2 3 words that helps you avoid taking on the Goliath's of search engine results. The more targeted the visitor, the more likely he is to stay and take the action you want.

This is not to say that you cannot take on a Goliath, there just needs to be and understanding of the effort of time and resources of taking on a giant! Understand the battle field!

Viral marketing is a methods of list building

There are multiple methods of list building, and if you are just getting started, until you have gained mastery over one or two methods, it is advisable to use multiple methods of list building strategies. You’ll see every step of the process, no matter how small, in exacting detail so

Almost all webmasters today are trying with all their might to improve their article marketing to get ahead of the pack. If you are one of them, these 4 reliable steps will help you improve your article marketing campaign:

1. Make your articles worth reading. The content of your articles is one of the most essential elements that can determine the success of your marketing efforts. If your articles are lousy, no matter how many you submit to publishing sites, you will surely fail on this technique. Instead of focusing your efforts on multiplying the number of your articles, concentrate on giving your readers content-rich, useful articles. As article marketer experts will put it, it's better to have 10 quality articles than have 1,000 lousy articles, because quality articles will be surely be republished and can result to numerous inbound links.

2. Optimize your content. Before you write your articles, identify the keywords that you are targeting. Then run these keywords on keyword analyzer tool so you can get relevant, long tail keywords that you can use on your content. By doing so, you can avoid using your main keyword over and over again and not make your article sound redundant.

3. Adhere to the rules set forth by publishing sites. You would want your articles to be published the first time you submit them, right? You do not want to waste your precious time revising your articles later on just so they will meet the standards of major article submission sites. To save you from this dilemma, learn and understand the various terms of article submission sites even before you start writing.

4. Master the art of writing killer resource box. Of course you would like to have an amazing clickthrough rates so you can convert readers to online visitors. You can easily do so by learning how to write powerful resource box.

Whether you are a beginner, affectionately know as a "newbie" or seasoned professional to the world of online marketing, one thing that you must do to succeed is get traffic to your website. For the most part your product won't get the exposure it needs in order to sell if no one is visiting your website. And to prove the importance of this, you can go to any forum on the web that discusses topics regarding online marketing or home based businesses and everyone of them will have multiple posts related to driving more traffic to a website. Plus, there are a vast number of sites advertising their programs on the web touting their ability to help you bring in that traffic.

The fact is that there are a number of methods that can be used to help bring in traffic. However, one of the best, free approaches that has brought a lot of success to online marketers is to write articles and submit them to get posted out on the worldwide web. When readers see an article with your name on it, you become an instant authority. If they get something good from the article they start appreciating you and respecting your opinion. From there, that appreciation and respect turns into trust. At that point they'll want to find more resources from you so they will go to your site. That is when your article just generated the traffic. Now, you may say that the problem is that you can't write an article. My response to you would be why not? It's easy when you realize all you have to do is write about something you have knowledge about or are familiar with. Put 400 to 600 words down in writing about that topic and before you know it, you have an article.

Consider this; if you love music, write about that. If you are an athlete and train to stay in shape for your sport, write about that. You could be a stay at home mom and even write about the challenges or successes that go with that type of job. And the seasoned professional of course could write about his experience and knowledge with home based businesses or even something completely different such as a hobby he is actively pursuing.

In addition to the topic of choice be sure to include in your article the keywords that people search for on the internet. You can use a searching tool such as Google AdWords. When you incorporate the words that people search for then that helps bring your article towards the top of the list of Google's Search Engine. Thus, making is readily available for people to find. See the strategy is, that if you write about something you know about or are passionate about and you utilize some keywords within the article, then putting one together will be so easy and extremely beneficial, you'll wonder what took you so long to get started.

Employ these tactics and you be well on your way to writing several articles a month and well on your way to driving loads of traffic to your site. And that, will help bring about your online marketing success.

Viral marketing is a methods of list building

There are multiple methods of list building, and if you are just getting started, until you have gained mastery over one or two methods, it is advisable to use multiple methods of list building strategies. You’ll see every step of the process, no matter how small, in exacting detail so

I am certainly no writer. Actually to those whom know me I am more of a ranter than anything. I have been writing on and off for many years (started a book on a typewriter back in the 80s). Do I have a style? I have no bloody idea, you tell me. I sure hope I do or else theres pretty good chance you havent even made it this far. I have recently been working closely with an editor friend to refine my limited talents. Over the course of our chats I decided an article about Article Marketing while sounding redundant, would be worth writing.

Not another one of these? Yes, I know there are more than few article marketing pieces out there, I am taking a slightly different angle. We are going to look at what makes a successful article marketing campaign so you can get the most out of a competitive marketplace. Competitive? I thought it was about getting Back Links you say? Thats where it starts to go wrong. The number one most common use of Article Repositories, is usually to get Back Links NOT as the full powered Marketing tool that it can be. This is what I often find short-sighted.

Lets look at some of the benefits and usage for Article Marketing programs; Surf-in traffic; This is really the number one reason. Above and beyond all else a well written article and marketed article will bring you traffic in the short and long term. I get traffic to our sites that came from an article I had written and marketed over a year ago. If you write a well thought out article that has lasting value, it will live out on the internet for quite some time. Traffic is always my goal and this is a major value to Article Marketing.

Link Profile development; This while not a primary focus for me, is a great additional benefit. Search engines, to a certain extent, base rankings from the number of Back Links (or In-Bound Links) a web site has pointing to it. This gives Article Marketing its second value. Through use of proper Link Text and keyword/phrase usage, your Article Marketing campaign can have a positive effect on your rankings and search referrers. For full effectiveness be sure to learn about building your Link Profile ( methinks I should write a Building your Link Profile article FIRST and then link to it. Thoughts?)

Building brand; well written articles and building a body of work will also help build the Brand of your company or yourself as an authoritative figure on the subject matter. This is also invaluable to any enterprise or undertaking. The opposite is also true that poorly written, shoddy or lazy articles can harm your reputation. Do it right or dont do it at all.

Tracking the Articles extra sensory perception

An over-looked area that makes it a true Program is the tracking. Dont just write and article, publish it onto the Dub-Dub-Dub a leave her to float away. How cruel, cold and uncaring. Watch the progress of the article. See how many times it is downloaded and viewed on the publishing site. Search Google for the Article Title in quotation marks, ( eg; My Article Title) to see how many times it was syndicated by other sites. See if anyone has reviewd it or quoted it and send them a thank-you. Tracking will also allow you to see which articles do the best. Now look at the style you wrote it in, the topic and other common factors. Soon you can start to choose topics and styles that will get you the most coverage with each successive article. Fun stuff huh?

Quality over quantity

Certainly a catch phrase these days in SEO (links, content etc), but it does hold true. You see, throwing out a ton of simplistic, non-engaging articles will do little more than garner a few back links. A well written article does so much more and you can even expect MORE back links as the eventual distribution/syndication of the article should be wider due to the lack of quality competitors.

A quality article will also be better received and promoted by the managers of your distribution sources (article repositories, e-magazines, newsletter editors). My number one 'editor in chief' Mark, certainly laments the vast number of pure drivel that arrives on his virtual doorstep every day. If you can entertain the distribution mangers and editors, you have won half of the battle. To that end I would also consider getting professional help. You heard me seek help!. With my SEO Company I keep professional writers around. I let them so what they do best and then my SEO guys do what they do best, optimize the article. Sure it raises my over-all cost, but if you factor in the many benefits of crafting professional work, its always worth it.

The main point is to not look at article marketing as simply another Link Drop. It is far more than that. Make sure you leverage it for all its worth.

Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

If you really want to know how to use relevance in your web content for any page on your website, and write content for your website that cannot be misconstrued, you have to open your eyes and look at what you are writing. I have read so much hysterical tripe online, even on the first page of Google from reasonably respected websites, that I despair for the intelligence of many people.

Given that their sites are not at #1 - #5 due to a lack of ability or intelligence, then I also despair for their honesty. Who really cares about complex mathematical equations? This big term 'Latent Semantic Indexing', or LSI for short, is a meaningless term for webmasters and they should not even be bothering with it, let alone contemplating teaching you about it.

I have a page on my website telling you what it is not! Perhaps more people should read that. In fact, the Google algorithm contains an element of Latent Semantic Analysis, there is no such a term as LSI, and you certainly can't make your website LSI compliant, since that term indicates a total ignorance in what it actually is. Any statistical mathematician can tell you that! It's pretty basic.

Here's a heads up on how to keep relevance to your topic and keywords, or to phrase it another way, maintain contextually relevant content on your web pages. 'Phrasing it another way' is a good way, in fact, to maintain that relevance without repetition. This is what Google likely mean by LSI (a misnomer in any case), since it works perfectly for me.

The first thing you have to do when writing content for your website is to determine your keyword or phrase. To me 'Relevance in your Web content' is a keyword. OK? That's normal accepted terminology. Your keyword can be a single word or a long phrase - what is called a 'long-tailed keyword'. Decide on the keyword you are using, then use THAT as the title of your web page. Use the Title html tags for it, and put it in H1 tags at the top of your web page.

Now study that keyword very carefully, and break it down into its components. Is their any way that an alien using a dictionary for every word could come down to earth and misinterpret the meaning of your keyword? If so be aware of the fact, and immediately put the alien right in the very first sentence of your article or page content. Here are two examples. Once is very commonly used on the web and the other is not. Have you spotted the second already? It is in this article! Now the first:

Take the keyword 'How to Train German Shepherds'. Great - good keyword, lots of demand and it makes a good title. However, let's break it down. In the Concise Oxford Dictionary, 'german' can mean having both parents the same, and shepherd is somebody who tends sheep. So your alien could believe that your article is about a shepherd tending his flock with two parents the same. Illogical? Perhaps. Semantically correct: certainly. So now, for the alien read the Google algorithm.

Your job is telling the alien exactly what you mean by your use of words. First, you might mention the German canine - so the alien does his thing and comes up with one of the front teeth of a person from Germany. Get the drift? So-called LSI has nothing to do with it. You have to write using vocabulary that explains exactly, and incontrovertibly, what the subject of your page is.

In your first sentence use 'dogs', 'Germany' perhaps, Alsatian, dog training, puppy, and so on so that when put together the meaning is obvious. Leave that till the last paragraph and the spider will be off wondering why you are trying to train a shepherd with two similar parents that have front teeth - and wear dog collars! Perhaps they are German vicars!

Write using as much text as is reasonable and normal in your article that describes the true meaning of your page, and the message it is conveying. Don't overuse your keyword: in the title, first 100 characters and last paragraph is enough, plus once each 400 words. Certainly not 3% - 15 times in a 500 word page? That's spamming and you will not be listed. The algorithm is looking for no more times that you would use in speech or normal writing: the rest should be of similar meaning. Use a thesaurus: thesaurus.com is a good reference.

OK? Get the idea. Now for another twist to this. Check out my title again. "How to Use Relevance in Your Web Content". You know what I mean and I know what I mean, but we don't determine the listing position of this article on a search engine. What does? A spider!

What does a spider think of when it sees the juxtaposition of the words 'Web' and 'Content'?

You don't have to be 'Fly for white guy' to work that one out. Use the first paragraph to begin your explanation, so that the spider isn't salivating thinking that your article is relevant to its dinner!

What stops most network marketers in their tracks? Fear of being rejected, wasting their time, feeling like they have been taken, not making any money....I am sure you can come up with other concerns. The point is the majority of network marketing reps use antiquated marketing techniques and predictably get poor results. Finally, a company gets it right!

In this article I won't go over the services and products the company offers. You can get that information very readily by clicking the link in the resource box. The point of this article is to share with you the websystem that Lightyear has created which will take recruiting to unprecedented levels. By the use of high quality video the director of rep training goes over the details of the company, it's many products and services, and gives highlights of the compensation plan. He also gives new prospects direction on how to get started once they are interested.

The new website is done dramatically and tells a very compelling story. In fact, it is so complete that most prospects will be ready to join this business WITHOUT a sit down business presentation! That is unheard of in the network marketing industry, and frees you to do the things you desire.

Lightyear has also listened to feedback from the field. Two major areas were addressed. Start up costs and front end residual income. The company has four different levels of entry, giving everyone the opportunity to join at the level that is comfortable for them. The main tool that new prospects must have in order to promote their business is a company website that is branded to you. Now, that tool, which includes three separate websites, gives immediate residual income! This too, is unheard of in the network marketing arena.

What does this mean for you, the new rep? You can comfortably enter the business at the level that fits your desires and budget. Now you don't have to make that LIST and set up all sorts of meetings. You simply ask someone to take a look at your website. The website goes through four distinctive steps that brings the new prospect along in their understanding of the business and its benefits. And, if the prospect wants a complete business presentation they also have additional access on your website so that they can view the presentations in the comfort of their own homes. Oh, your prospect speaks Spanish....No problem. The whole website can be converted from English to Spanish in a click of a button!

One of the most important aspects of this websystem is this...It is totally duplicatable. And, isn't that the whole point of network marketing? If you are a go getter, who has no problem talking to people, is that part of your personality duplicatable? Of course not. So, how is a new rep that is not as outgoing as you, going to be glib enough to approach someone, ask the correct questions, and then sit down and give a compelling business presentation just like you? The answer, they can't. And, the follow up concern, they may NEVER be able to. So, that system is NOT duplicatable.

So, we must create a system that is so easy to use and implement that everyone feels comfortable using it. How would you like to simply give someone the URL of your website, and let the website take over? That is what Lightyear has designed.

But don't believe me...Make sure you click on the URL in the resource box below to experience it yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised!

SEO on a Shoestring Does Pay Off

Literally, millions of dollars are spent each month to have search engine optimization techniques applied to websites in the hopes of garnishing a top ranking.

These top rankings are obtained rather quickly, in some cases the site is recognized by the major search engines within a month. A top 10 ranking for the primary keywords are still months out, if at all. Yet, millions of dollars are still being spent in the hopes that a top 10/page 1 ranking will result.

SEO on a Shoestring

Then you have the little guy who creates his own site and has no marketing budget to speak of. His site looks good as he used one of the free shopping carts available on the Internet and selected an attractive template for his vertical market. His total outlay at this point is a big fat $0.

The great thing about the Internet is that it is truly a level playing field. A little guy such as the one described above can truly compete with the big mega sites for traffic if he approaches SEO correctly.

There are no tricks or gimmicks to being successful in obtaining top search engine rankings. "Black Hat" SEO will only get you blocked by the search engines so don't try any of those tactics. Stay clean, above board and you will be successful in a relatively short period of time.

Cover all of your Bases

SEO on a shoestring means that you are doing the work yourself and not paying someone else to do it for you. Fortunately, the work isn't hard and only requires a portion of your time.

SEO on a shoestring means that you gain favor with the major search engines by providing them what they are looking for. That is they are looking for relevant content to display in the body of their results so that they can then display their paid advertisements across the top, side and bottom of the page. It is as simple as that. They want to use your website to help them have a place to display their paid ads.

I have no problem with that. As long as I understand the rules I can play the game. I just have to make my site more attractive than the paid ads.

By all means, give them what they want! Give them relevant content that is optimized to rank higher than your competitors. If they are willing to send a software crawler/spider to your site to "read" your site then by all means give them something to read.

Make sure that your page title, keyword tag and description tag are also optimized for your keyword phrase. The first thing a crawler/spider will read is your page title. The keywords and description are next followed by the body of your page. Make sure that each of these has your keyword phrase as the first thing listed.

Also, make sure that your footer has your keyword phrase in it as well. In this case, make it the last thing on the page. This way the crawler will see your keyword phrase as the first thing on the page (Page title), throughout the body and then the last thing on the page. In essence, you are covering your bases.

By following these steps and keeping the keyword phrase somewhere around the 2 - 2.5% saturation point on the page the search engines will see your page as optimized. Do this over and over again on your site and the results will be an optimized site that is seen as very favorable by the search engines.

Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

One of the fastest growing and most effective strategies for making money today (March 2007) on the Internet is using a system called "Article Marketing". This system is especially suited for newcomers to Internet Marketing because it can be setup to be labor-intensive rather than cash-intensive. Most newbies to Internet Marketing are "cash-poor" and so developing an Article Marketing campaign where they do all of the work necessary rather than spending money is ideal.

Veteran marketers who may have more money than time on their hands (yes, newbies, this can be the case!) can also take advantage of Article Marketing by hiring ghost writers to write their article content.

It is important to note that there are a number of different variations of Article Marketing. My good buddy Travis Sago created a form he calls "The Bum Marketing Method". His wife named the method because it can be done totally free using strategies that could literally be performed by a bum off of the streets. The last time I talked to Travis (a very successful Internet Marketer himself) he was actually thinking about finding a bum on the streets of his home town and showing him how to literally start making money using the Bum Method.

You can find out more about Travis and his Bum Marketing Method by visiting his website http://www.BumMarketingMethod.com Seriously, I urge you to checkout his website (no, it's not an affiliate link for me . but it is totally FREE and extremely informative!)

I'm going to outline the basics of Article Marketing for you and show you how to really put these methods on steroids using a piece of software I've developed specifically for that purpose called "Your Article Marketing Assistant" (I'll refer to the software as YAMA from now on!)

Now you don't have to purchase YAMA to make Article Marketing work for you - it's just that Article Marketing takes an enormous amount of time & effort to really make it work and so I developed YAMA to help automate some of the boring and tedious (but necessary) steps.

Either way, I hope that you really learn a lot from this report and I encourage you to contact me with any questions you might have about Article Marketing by emailing me at jmann@YourArticleMarketingAssistant.com Put "Request from an eBook Reader" in the subject line to ensure my prompt attention.

You have decided that hiring an SEO firm is a good idea for your website and your company, but around every corner is a firm, or individual, pretending to know all there is know on the subject. There are scams, black hat practices and frauds everywhere. It seems as if there are more of those than of genuine SEO experts.

How can you tell the difference? The answer is simple. Ask the hard questions and gauge their answers.

What type of Search Campaign does your firm prefer?

Ask the company if they do Paid Search or Natural Search optimization. The major differences are, a paid search should include a huge variety of key phrases, even numbering into the hundreds. A Natural Search is much narrower and focuses on a small number of effective key phrases. Your SEO firm should be able to do to both.

The SEO firm will set up a Paid Search campaign to gauge which keywords or phrases are targeted the most as regards your site and then they will focus their efforts on those select keywords or phrases for the Natural Search campaign.

Unfortunately, many times, firms skip the Paid Search Campaign because it is more profitable for them. In a Paid Search Campaign, much of the client's money will go to Google or Yahoo to pay for the campaign, leaving little for the firm, itself.

The only time a firm should skip the Paid Search phase is if the client's site is a narrow niche that has only a few, well targeted keywords or phrases that are appropriate to that site.

Not only should the potential firm be willing to perform both tasks, they need to make certain that the keyword or key phrase campaign is in keeping with the goals of the website. If the client's goal it to generate leads, then the keywords and phrases should reflect that goal. If the client's goal is to generate sales, the campaign should keep that in mind.

Does your firm perform SEO copy writing?

SEO copy writing is the creation of website content that is written to attract the attention of search engines. If you have seen a site with a phrase that is repeated over and over, you have likely seen a page that has been created by an SEO specialist.

The downside is these pages do not go over well with humans.

The key is finding a happy medium, which is keeping your keyword and/or phrase density to about 17 to 20 percent and to make the sentences and paragraphs sound natural. Because the algorithm changes frequently for search engines, this will keep any SEO firm busy by making frequent site changes to keep up.

Your chosen firm should not be shy about making site content changes without loosing focus of your over all business goal.

What about link building?

This process is extremely important to raise rankings with Google, who gets about 65% of all search business, and somewhat important to Yahoo and MSN, the next two most popular search engines.

Make certain your potential SEO firm engages in sufficient link building efforts. This is done by creating links to your site in a number of ways: blogging and social site are just the beginning. A good SEO will write articles and post those articles to sites such as ezineArticles.com or Helium.com. This creates a link back to your site. These articles can then be posted other locations, such as blogs. If the system works well for you, someone else will find the article and post it to their site or blog, giving you an unsolicited link back to your site.

The problem is this method takes a long time (sometimes 2 to 3 months) for real results to be seen. The solution is to purchase links. Care should be taken to link to only reputable sites and not to link farms which sell links simply to make money for themselves. The more inbound links your site has, the better your rankings will be.

What keyword or phrase will be used to show my rankings?

It is a fact that if you do a search for an article by that article's title, it will show up as #1 in page rankings. If you search for the page's URL, it will be #1 because there is only one site with that URL. The real test of your SEO firm is if they can raise your rankings via a keyword or phrase that is a popular key word or phrase and not something so narrow that you are the only one who will have that particular search phrase. What are the odds that someone will do a search for "Four Questions You Should Ask Your Potential SEO Firm Before Hiring Them?"

The firm should focus on the keyword or phrase that will accomplish what your company is hoping to accomplish.

This is

People struggle everyday setting up an eCommerce site or an affiliate program connected to a product. Though this is a good stop on the way it is only half the battle. To truly make it online you will need more resources than you think. You will need a nice structured plan of action for starting an internet marketing business online. There are many experts that do this all the time in great detail, they have derived strategies for traffic generation and headlines that scream at you.

Some people like to only mention content and that when you have good content you will catch every bodies attention and they will come back and ask for more. The real online marketing techniques that work while others don't are things such as. Targeted keywords, well-created Meta Tags, good quality advertising, this includes paid advertising and also a nice affiliate program are all nice strategies to make it in the online world today.

There is no doubt that these methods above are all great and should be used. There is nothing that can stop a well structured internet marketing plan. A good internet marketing plan focuses on a few main factors.

1. What you can win in the short run, short-term strategies:

This is direct marketing in it's core. Quick response marketing. These are the online marketing strategies that can be seen in areas such as emails, banners, PPC and many more like it. What this basically means is that you have one shot, then the person is going to leave your website and never come back. These are the kind of internet marketing techniques experts use in order to get high responses and make massive income in very short amounts of time. This also generates a huge amount of momentum for your website. Online marketing experts have studied these ideas closely and realized that these strategies are all strategies used during holiday seasons such as Christmas. Internet marketers use this to their advantage to create awareness for the crowd. We gain information about different promotions in the market. Internet marketers use this to promote new product launches.

Short Term internet marketing strategies are usually very time consuming and high in efforts. They can also be very expensive. The usual comments from people failing in such instances are things like "Man it was expensive and I didn't get much out of it, internet marketing sucks". This of course is because an online marketing budget can get crushed quickly running ads on popular sites over, and over, for longer periods of time.

2. What you will gain in the long run, long-term strategies:

Internet marketing strategies for long term relationships is when you focus on getting fewer people, but more targeted people. This means they don't come to check you out all the time. They might check back every now and then to buy something you have to offer. You are getting a steady stream of customers willing to buy. This is the strategy most internet marketers use to create a steady stream of income, a nice little base sales line.

To be able to maintain this long term internet marketing base line, you will need to have the following:

* Good Content

* Affiliate Programs for your customers

* Good and Healthy SEO Link Exchanges

* Good SEO

* Embedded Meta Tags

Take note that these things alone does not increase sales for you. These internet marketing strategies provide you with a collectively and steady increase in sales, over a period of time. You might start out at zero for 10 months, but the eleventh month you are getting regular customers, buying more than one of your products all calling you for more.

These long term internet marketing strategies will get your visitors a nice feel and the internet marketing strategies are not very expensive. They do require more work than expenses. This is the kind of business that is slow to start, but over time generates massive leads and earns you the most profits.

For your website to be truly successful in today's saturated and competitive market you will need to do a little bit of both, long term and short term internet marketing strategies for your site to work.

I hope you got a nice insight as to what YOU need to do in order to make any of this happen.

Step 1 - Write lots and lots of great quality articles - Very simply, the higher your article volume, the higher all your other numbers are going to be. Your list building starts right here.

Step 2 - Write a great resource box - The resource box is not about you and all your many accomplishments. The resource box is about the reader and inviting them back to your web site or blog.

Step 3 - Provide a great gem for the reader - A gem is a sample of your expertise that delivers good info and causes the visitor to want more from you.

Step 4 - Capture their email address - Here is the trade - the visitor gives you their email address and you give the visitor your gem.

Step 5 - Take very good care of your list - You have now added another person to your growing list. Take very good care of them. Give them more information. Ask them what their most important questions are and answer them.

Step 6 - Make offers to your list - Only then do you make any offers to them. When you have taken good care of them and answered their questions, your list members will be very responsive to your offers.

Step 7 - Do it all again and again and again - This system works, so work it over and over again to build your responsive lists with article marketing.
